Let me just tell you, one of my biggest weaknesses in the entire world is a deliciously gooey cupcake.  There’s just something about getting the perfect amount of icing to cake ratio in each bite and then finishing one flavor and being able to move right on to the next within moments.  Considering that cupcakes are my #1 favorite dessert, I’ve had more than my fair share to sample…especially during my first pregnancy when I gained an extra 10lbs of pure sugar weight. 😉

I LOVE when my brides choose cupcakes instead of a cake because it means more flavor variety.  These cupcakes from Buttercream Dreams were not only gorgeous but amazingly delicious!  And remember, I know good cupcakes. 🙂
