Growing up, family photos were never something we did with any regularity. When we did take them, posed photos at Olan Mills was where it was at! Blehhh. Once we started our own family, I knew that photos were going to be a priority in our finances. A mini-session was the first experience we had working with Nikki. A pregnant mama who didn’t feel confident in the way she looked combined with a newly turned one year old who didn’t want to smile for anything presented a challenge and Nikki crushed it. Since that first session, Nikki has captured our growing family in such a way that leaves me in awe each time I open our gallery. - Ashley

Let me start by saying I am such a huge fan of Nikki and how she works, so when she said she was doing lifestyle videos I was ready to jump on board ASAP! I planned a few “normal for us” activities (like decorating Christmas cookies, the tree and story time) in different settings in our home and she came ready to just be a fly on the wall. The process was so smooth (as smooth as any structured activity with kids can be) and there was no pressure to “perform” was was SO nice! Being yourselves in your own home where no one has to have a phone or camera in their hand was so so nice! We all got to be present and enjoying all of these moments. Looking back on the video a year later still brings me to tears...seeing your children captured in film exactly how you remember them, with you actually IN the video with them is PRICELESS.....especially for us moms! Do the session....you won’t regret it!!!
