Ahhh!  The best of wedding images from 2015!  This is shaping up to be my favorite post of the year.  Considering I dove off my planned out life course last year and started this business BECAUSE of my love of capturing weddings, it’s no surprise, right?

This whole wedding infatuation came as quite a surprise to me, though.  You see, I was never that little girl who dreamed of a white dress.  I was more concerned with riding my bike or spending some time with a basketball in my hands.  In fact, the only dream I remember having since I was a young child was not a fancy wedding or particular career – it was to be a mother.  A mother to TEN children, in fact! 🙂  Wow! That number has certainly changed since then!

With no huge wedding dreams of my own, Chris and I were married almost six years ago in front of 13 of our very closest family members in an intimate, low key fashion.  I’ve never been one for pomp and circumstance, and being young 20-somethings with dreams of a home, family, and lots of traveling, we couldn’t rationalize spending a ton of money on one day.  Coming from the background of being a bride with only THIRTEEN wedding guests, I never would have predicted falling for weddings the way that I did.  I think it’s more special since I’m married, but at each and every wedding my heart swells when I hear the bride and groom share their vows as I think back on that special day in my own life.  It never gets old!

My 2015 wedding season was blessed with a few weddings of my own, more second shooting weddings than I can count, and a couple styled wedding shoots. So without further ado, here are my favorites wedding images from 2015!
