Business ownership was not something I ever envisioned for my future. At 25 years old with a husband (Chris), two kids (Carter & Camden), a dog (Poly), and a full time career, photography was just a fun side job. Dedicated to capturing wedding days, I launched into entrepreneurship full force. I Eat. Sleep. Breathe this stuff. Just ask Chris. I literally drive him crazy!

Choosing a business name might just have been the most difficult decision of this whole process. So, why Nvision, you ask? To be honest, I didn’t feel my name had any particular special ring to it. I couldn’t imagine answering the phone “ Nikki Trent Photography ”. I also didn’t have a clear vision of what I wanted this to become. I knew that I wanted a flexible shell that could bend and flex as my passions and dreams changed throughout my career. What if I have twenty photographers working for me in thirty years? Will it be confusing to explain that Jessica will be shooting at a session, not me? (By the way, Jessica is my current and amazing assistant. Check her out! jessicafaithphoto.com ) Regardless of what this business becomes it will always be one thing- my vision. My vision of service, my vision of style. And just in case you missed it, my name is Nikki. ☺ Therein lies the birth of the name – “ Nvision Photography “.

While I offer portrait and event photography services, I primarily focus on weddings. I am absolutely thrilled to continue on a path that allows me to do what I love: Storytelling though authentic, bright, and classic images.
