We were blessed to have two sets of models for the styled wedding at The Columns at Six Penny Farm.  It was a good thing, because with so many amenities to highlight, we definitely needed both Cole & Megan and Sam & Josiah.  Today, Sam & Josiah highlight some more amazing features of this  estate event venue in McGaheysville, Virginia.

First up, the bridal suite and second floor porch with this sweet DIY sign by Sweet Pea Creations.  The second floor porch just off the bridal suite is the perfect place to privately overlook the ceremony and reception site or take bridal and bridal party pictures before the ceremony begins.

Use the spiral staircase for bridal portraits, or for a creative and personal first look.  Onlookers can watch from above while the bride and groom enjoy a private moment below.

Downstairs, the groom can enjoy the game room, theatre, and bar with the groomsmen while preparing for the day.

After the ceremony, use the side porch area for newlywed portraits while guests enjoy the elephant bar, wine barrel drink station, and lawn games.  Decor designed by Sweet Pea Creations.

Guests find their seats at the tented reception using this rustic chalkboard clothesline seating chart by Sweet Pea Creations.

This delicious lemon cake with pink and green floral accents was created by Jessicakes.

Pink roses and lilies combined with white and green hues make a lovely bouquet and boutonniere by Evergreen and Victoria Floral.

Using the front yard at sunset creates dramatic portraits. Face Massanutten Mountain for background views of the entire farm, or use the mountain to create a sunset silhouette.

At the close of the night, the lit house creates a gorgeous backdrop.
