One word stands out from Craig & Kathleen’s June 4, 2017 wedding: JOY. The love and admiration felt for these two by each other and their families permeated every square inch of The Columns at Six Penny Farm.
Craig started out with preparations with his groomsmen at a nearby residence. Check out the watch – Kathleen’s wedding gift to him!
Kathleen and her bridesmaids prepped in the gorgeous bridal suite at The Columns.
Craig’s choice in engagement rings still leaves me speechless. I love little elements of nontraditional!
Kathleen’s mom and sister helped her into her gown while her bridesmaids looked on.
This first look was oh so sweet using the front staircase in the main residence.
These two found a ceremonial tradition that was totally new to me. They decided to “Bury the Bourbon” for good luck. Folklore states that burying a full bottle of bourbon upside-down at your venue exactly one month before your wedding date ensures good weather on your wedding day. On the big day, dig up and enjoy!
Shout out to the awesome vendors who made this wedding so sweet! Special thanks to Bessie Black for tagging along as my second shooter!
