Massanutten Resort is located in McGaheysville, Virginia and is a popular spot year round.  It truly is a four season beauty! I spent my high school years working at the Le Club Recreation center and know the mountain like the back of my hand.  Over the past few years I’ve had a couple vacationing families reach out to me for portraits. Often times, extended families live hours from one another and vacation is the only time the entire family comes together.  Vacation is the perfect time to document your entire family! Not only that, but as the holiday season nears, updated family portraits are the perfect gift for Grandma! There’s honestly nothing she loves more than being able to admire a photo of her whole family and remember those moments when everyone was together.  Massanutten is a great backdrop for photo sessions, so you won’t even have to leave your vacation.

This sweet family visited in the spring.  The trees are green, and water backdrops are beautiful!

This family visited at Christmas.  The water backdrops are still gorgeous with the addition of snow on the ski slopes.
